This Privacy Policy describes how Live From Moose Jaw ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the storefront, place an order, or create an account.

Live From Moose Jaw is operated on the Walrus platform (walrus.fm). Some services that power the shop are provided by Walrus and its sub-processors; those are listed below.

Information we collect

You give us:

  • Your name, email address, and shipping address when you place an order or create an account
  • Order details (products, quantities, sizes, etc.)
  • Anything you write to us (support emails, replies to order emails)

Collected automatically:

  • Browser type, device, IP address, and pages visited (for analytics and fraud prevention)
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below)
  • A randomly-generated session identifier so we can string your visit together without identifying you personally

Provided by our sub-processors:

  • Payment information is collected directly by Stripe and never touches our servers. We only see the last 4 digits of your card and the billing zip code
  • Authentication is handled by Clerk. If you sign up for a walrus.fm account, Clerk stores your email and (optionally) password hash
  • Shipping rates and labels are generated by Shippo, which receives your shipping address

How we use information

  • To fulfill your order and email you about its status
  • To respond to customer service requests
  • To prevent fraud and abuse
  • To improve the shop (which products are popular, which pages get viewed)
  • To send order receipts and shipping notifications

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to run the services above.

Cookies

We use cookies for:

  • Keeping you signed in
  • Remembering your cart (stored locally in your browser, not on our servers)
  • Anonymous session tracking for analytics

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Some features (sign-in, cart) will stop working if you do.

Your rights

You can:

  • Ask what data we have about you
  • Ask us to delete your account and associated personal data
  • Export your order history

If you're in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR (right to erasure, right to object, etc.). Same email — we honor those.

Children

This shop isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect personal info from them.
