Returns

We want you to love what you buy from Live From Moose Jaw. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

The basics

• 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with any tags still attached.
• We refund the product price to your original payment method. Shipping costs aren't refundable unless we made the mistake.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with:

• Your order number (in your confirmation email, also shown on /account if you're signed in)
• The item(s) you want to return
• A quick note on why — helps us improve

We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return shipping label and instructions.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email us — easier than doing a return and re-order. Subject to stock.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong thing, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at our cost. No need to return the original unless we ask.

Final-sale items

Items marked "final sale" can't be returned. We mark these clearly on the product page before you buy.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return:

• Inspection: 1–2 business days
• Refund issued: same day as inspection
• Bank/card refund visible: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
