These terms govern your use of the Live From Moose Jaw storefront, including any purchases you make. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.

Live From Moose Jaw is operated on the Walrus platform (walrus.fm). Some services are provided by Walrus and its partners; those provisions are noted where relevant.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are.

Orders and payment

  • All prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout (typically USD).
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we charge your payment method and email you an order confirmation.
  • We can refuse or cancel an order for any reason (suspected fraud, pricing errors, items out of stock), in which case we'll refund any charge in full.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Their terms cover the payment transaction itself.

Shipping

We ship via the carrier selected at checkout (USPS, UPS, etc.). Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We aren't responsible for carrier delays or for packages lost after the carrier confirms delivery, but we'll help you file claims when possible.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — product photography, copy, designs, logos — is owned by Live From Moose Jaw or licensed to us. Don't copy or redistribute it without permission. The Walrus brand and walrus.fm platform are owned by Walrus.

User accounts

If you create a walrus.fm account through this shop:

  • You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
  • Your account works across every shop on the Walrus platform — that's the whole point.
  • We can suspend or close your account if you violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Try to break into or scrape the site
  • Resell our products in misleading ways
  • Use the site to harass anyone

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to make it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee zero downtime or zero typos. Specific products have their own descriptions on each product page — those govern in case of conflict with general site copy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Live From Moose Jaw and Walrus aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or any product. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Live From Moose Jaw is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
